Chapter One
Every piece we sell passes under the same bench light on Lake Street. Wax is carved by hand, gold is cast in-house, and stones are set before the piece is ever photographed.
The family who runs the atelier sits behind the counter. When you visit, you are meeting the jewellers who made what you came to see.
Chapter Two
Every gold piece over one gram is sent to the Australian Assay Office and returns with an independent purity stamp — 9K, 18K, 20K or 22K. No in-house shortcuts.
We price the metal live, to the minute, against the London fix. You see the gold cost, the labour, and the GST on every listing. No marked-up middle-men, no mystery margin.
Chapter Three
Caroline Springs is a town of many Australias — Indian, Sri Lankan, Filipino, Italian, Irish, Māori. Our cabinet reflects that: mangalsutras next to engagement solitaires, jhumkas next to sleek tennis bracelets.
