Complimentary insured shipping within Australia for orders over AU$500. Metro: 2–5 business days. Regional: 5–10. International on request.
Returns & Exchanges
14-day return window for unworn pieces in original condition with all certificates. Custom and engraved items are final sale.

12-month craftsmanship warranty on every piece. Complimentary cleaning and inspection annually in our Caroline Springs atelier.
Care Instructions
Store pieces separately in soft pouches. Remove before swimming, sleeping, or exercising. Clean with a soft lint-free cloth.
Shipping & Returns
Free shipping over AU$750 — every Australian order above this threshold ships with our compliments, insured registered post with tracking and signature on delivery.
Standard shipping is a flat AU$15 below that threshold. Metropolitan delivery runs 2–5 business days; regional 5–10. International on request.
14-day return window — unworn pieces in original condition with certificates and tags can be returned for a full refund within fourteen days of delivery. Custom work, engraved pieces and altered rings are final sale.
Exchanges — happy to exchange any standard piece for another of equal or greater value within 30 days. We cover return postage on the first exchange.
All parcels travel insured registered post across Australia, with discreet packaging (no jeweller branding on the outer satchel).
Ring Sizing
The most accurate sizing is done at our bench — free professional sizing is available any time at the Caroline Springs showroom, walk-in or by appointment.
Measure at home — the paper strip method
- Cut a strip of paper roughly 10 cm long and 5 mm wide.
- Wrap it snugly (not tight) around the base of the finger where the ring will sit.
- Mark where the strip overlaps with a pen.
- Flatten it and measure the distance in millimetres. That is your inner circumference.
- Cross-reference the table below, or email the measurement to our team and we'll confirm the size.
Free resizing within 30 days of purchase on all standard bands. After that, resizing is available at cost — typically AU$45–AU$120 depending on metal and complexity.
