Returns & Warranty

30-day change of mind

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged pieces within 30 days of delivery. Custom engraving, altered rings, and final-sale items are excluded. Items must arrive in the original packaging with all certificates and tags.

Lifetime manufacturing warranty

Every hallmarked piece is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship — loose claws, clasp failure, chain breakage under normal wear. Damage from accidents, exposure to chemicals, or attempted repairs by a third party is not covered.

Lodge a return

  1. Email info@princejewellers.com.au with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll issue an RMA number and a prepaid AUS Post label if eligible.
  3. Ship the piece in its original box; insured with tracking.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.

Resize & polish

Complimentary resize once within 60 days of purchase (plain bands). Annual polish and rhodium dip is free of charge for the first two years; nominal service fee afterwards.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This warranty is in addition to those consumer guarantees and does not limit them.
